Emergency Maintenance
It has been brought to our attention that the Emergency Maintenance phone number is not available on our website. If you have an after hours maintenance emergency please call 919.619.4113 and leave a message with your name, apartment number, and the nature of your emergency.
Additionally, if you forget the maintenance number and are away from a device to check online the number is recorded on our usual voicemail message. Just call our office number and listen for instructions on emergency maintenance issues.
We want to be there for you in an emergency situation, so keep our numbers handy!
